Otago Festival Of Arts - Biennial Early October
A celebration of Otago arts and culture with international acts as well as performers from Otago, and around New Zealand throughout the two week programme.
Rhododendron Festival - October
Dunedin's climate and soil are particularly well suited to the growing of Rhododendrons. During the main flowering season (September - November) the city's public and private gardens are ablaze with colour. Festival highlights include garden tours, guest speakers and a diverse range of activities at various locations.
