Heated Pool
There is nothing quite like a refreshing dip in the pool at the end of a long hot summers day. Our indoor swimming pool is safe from the sun, sheltered from the rain and heated to a pleasant temperature to be enjoyed by everyone. A great activity for the kids in any kind of weather the warm waters of the swimming pool is also a very enjoyable way to stretch and relax those tired ole bones of yours. Swim jets provide a current for proficient swimmers to swim into. Fancy a mid winter swim? Our indoor swimming pool is heated all year round too! Games Tables
When is a picnic table not a picnic table? When it is a board game! You will find there are tonnes of fun and original innovations to discover all over at the Aaron Lodge Top 10 Holiday Park and the picnic table/board games is certainly one of them. Fancy a game of snakes and ladders? Chess, Backgammon, Draughts, Solitaire, Chinese Checkers. the list goes on. The many picnic tables feature a different game and there are so many to choose from you wont know where to begin. So why not play them all! You might need to stay at Aaron Lodge a bit longer though to get right around. One thing is for certain though; at Aaron Lodge you certainly wont get bored! Park Golf
Now here's something you wont find at the average holiday park - Park Golf! It doesn't matter if you are Tiger Woods or don't know your putter from your driver because Park Golf is a game designed to be fun for everyone regardless of age and ability. Park Golf is our own spin on a Japanese game that is something between golf and minigolf and as you will discover is a whole lot of fun. The clubs are different, the balls are different and it is hilariously enjoyable for everyone. Best of all, we have created a 9 hole Park Golf course right here among the beautiful expansive grounds at the Aaron Lodge Holiday Park. Ptanque
Another great game for all ages is ptanque (also called boules) and yes we have a ptanque piste too. Similar in part to lawn bowls, the object of the game is to throw metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden ball called a cochonnet (piglet). Doesn't sound so hard now does it? It's not, and so, ptanque is another great social game for the whole family to play at Aaron Lodge Top 10 Holiday Park. Haven't played before? Not a problem. We'll teach you how to play and supply you with the Ptanque Boule to use. Located beside one of our BBQ area and the children's playground a game of Ptanque is a great way to pass the time while the sausages are sizzling or while watching the kids as they play on the swings and slides.
